Dear fellow members,

I submitted my application last August2013 on the new FSWP, but unfortunately it was returned due to the following reasons:
  • i am applying as Civil Engineer (2131) but have listed different NOC numbers based on my current/previous job titles (i.e., coordinator, project engineer) but of course performs duties and responsibilites as stated in NOC 2131. Returned because NOC is not the same as what im applying for
  • Got some mistakes in the form (my fault, honestly)

My question is, can I resubmit my application using the forms and the attachments that was returned to me? Of course, correcting the wrong ones, and the NOC. But the forms and attachments, esp., IELTS, Police certificates, which are originals, and everything else were punched-out (holes upper left corner).

Please help, as I'm planning to re-submit in time for the re-opening of the FSWP.

Thank you,
Rod

You can resubmit the IELTS results if they are less than 2 years old. Otherwise you have to take IELTS again.

The police certificates are no longer valid. They cannot be more than three months old when they are received by CIC. However you don't need to include police certificates with your original application.

You should complete the forms again from scratch since you'll need to resign them and provide updated information.
