Application Return after Bill C-6(Oct 11th)

My son's application got returned as we both forgot to sign the Use of Representative form. The CIC letter mentions the fees is returned to you but when I check my credit card I don't see any return transactions posted unless it take a while for return to happen.
My question is -
- Can we send the application back with Use of rep form signed?
- DO I need to do a new fee payment since they mentioned as fees is returned?
Please let me know.

call them tomorrow to iron out if the date of return is more than 7 business days ago because money should been in account by now, don't rush maybe the transaction is on the way. or try to request refund online today and wait until this Friday to be in your account.

apply with current form and make sure pictures have names printed and send back with as much IDS as available.

You can re-use the same fee payment receipt. They haven't processed it yet.
And yes, you can re-send the same application, include the missing info.

Make sure the 90 day limitation has not passed, which I assume it hasn't given you applied after Oct 11.

Note: Your application will be returned to you if it is:

• not signed and dated
• dated more than 90 days before we receive it
• post-dated (dated into the future).
