application rejected as profession not in new NOC.where is my money

Hello guys how are u?
I was wondering when will the CHC in london send my money back...
do we need to remind them abt it as my application was rejected on the grounds tht my profession does not lie in the New NOC.. and they will refund my money......just curious if any one of such a case recieved their money?

Did the mention " Your Money would be Refund" ? if yes, then you may need little more wait and hop you check will arrive or you may contact them by sending email inquiry.

Hi, would you please let me know when did you submit your application? My case was submitted to Buffalo on Mar.07 2008. But still not get any response since the new policy was released. I contact my lawyer he refuse to give me any help. Thanks,
