my freinds have one years expirence in Information technology manager and 5 years of expirence in assitant computer techniciane which is not in 38 occupation list.does he gets 21 points from work expirence? plz clear the situation.

if assistant computer technician falls under Skill level 0, A, or B, then yes, 21 points.
