Application Received to status Not found

Hi,
I have applied for PR in CEC. The application was reached on Oct 22.It was showing as "Application Received" earlier in the portal.
But now I can't find any information when I use the same details.

Please let me know if my application might have been rejected.

Please Note: I have applied for work permit extension as well 3 months back but not sure if that has to do anything to my PR application.

even my application status is not coming up today...check tomorrow, i thin its bcoz of system maintenence
