Application received on the date the NOC is capped

I sent my application for FSW on 20/02/2012 to CIC office in Sydney, and was received on 26/02/2012. But it was sent back to me because of the choice of town that I choose. I have correct this, and sent it back to CIC. But my fear is that the date/day my application was received was the day my NOC job was capped. Is mine included?

I am afraid not....but miracles happen! Your application was incomplete and was returned, your details were not retained. Resending it means it would be treated as a new application.

HI PLS HELP..I sent my application for NOC cook category my courier received by CIO on 4th apr when the caps were 440 but when I checkd the capping after 2 days ie on 6th it reachd 500. Will they include my application??? I am so nervous

It depends on whether it was received before or on the day the cap was reached or after. Hopefully it's before - good luck!
