I submitted a full application package in june but i didnt put my wedding photos or honeymoon photos in it because i hadnt had the wedding until july. We were legally married though just hadnt had the wedding reception yet. The application is currently in process at the VO in Cairo. Would it help if i mailed the pictures to them or should I wait until my husband is called to the interview and he can bring them with him? Suggestions anyone? Please help.

What else is in your application to prove legitimacy?

Pictures of us, plane tickets, photos of gifts given to eachother.. Thats about it i didnt have much because i was in canada and we only chatted through skype calls so no phone records and i didnt think they wanted to see our facebook history because that was the only other proof of our communication..

[Dear, yes indeed. Even though your CAS is telling you that the application is in process, it does not necessarily mean that you will be called for an interview. Rather, it is to mean indirectly that the VO is waiting for additional information that can confirm the genuineness of your application. After sending the application package, if you resend any 'missing' documents, your interview schedule will be automatically waived. Otherwise, they wait for you for sometimes and you will be interviewed at some point. Any way, it could be good if you send ANY DOCUMENT supposed to strengthen your relationship.]

If I were you I would definitely send in pictures of the wedding and honeymoon as well as facebook communication and skype call logs of you have them to strengthen your case. I am not saying your case is not strong enough but I feel that there is no such thing as too much proof here :D Especially with the wedding, reception and honeymoon pictures you are probably better off sending them in with an explanation why you did not submit them with your application. You might not get called for an interview and not have a chance to show them the pictures in person. I hear wedding ceremony, reception and honeymoon are one of the main things VO looks at while deciding if the marriage is genuine. Just my opinion though based on what I read on forums and guides, more experienced memebers might have a better advise for you :)

I would also send in the photos, plus any additional evidence you have gathered since submitting the application. Just label everything well and make sure to put your and your husband's full names, dates of birth, and ID numbers on everything so they can be added to your file.
