Application/Profile Updated but nothing change

I connect on GCKey and I saw that current status change from submitted for Application/Profile Updated.
I went to see and nothing new


I receive Pre Arrival on March 2
My BGC was already start since July

You mean GCKey, not eCAS (just to be clear for anyone else reading -- these are two separate systems). That's considered a ghost update, and is understood to mean that someone is currently working on your application, which is obviously a positive thing, but what they are doing exactly we can't say with certainty.
