Application /Profile status as Invitation received and not Open :(:(

Hi everyone I have a quick question . I had submitted my PR application on Friday at 7:00 pm . I have seen in the forum that that people usually get their AOR the same date the profile is submitted online. i did not receive any AOR, I received only a receipt with receipt number .I have also seen that my application status is Invitation received and not Open. The following are my details.

Application/profile status Invitation Received
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not needed at this time
A FINAL decision has been reached Not Started

Could somebody give some details on this please?

Did you accept the ITA and submitted all required docs and paid the fee?
It looks like you have not done any of them...

i accepted the invitation , submitted all the documents , paid fees and got its receipt but my status still remains Invitation received.

Oh thats Weird.. Did u click continue after the payment..then signed and submitted it?
If yes I would say you should contact CIC.
Do u have the PR application status submitted on the Main page?

Yes i have the PR application status submitted on the first page and i received a pdf document from CIC which has the amount , date of transaction , reference number and other details.
