Application process to get my Italian police certificate

Hello everyone,

I ve sent all my documents to Roma to get my police certificate.

The Tribunale told me they sent my certificate on the 01/04 and I still haven't received anything... we are on the 14/04. Do you know how long it can take to receive the police certificate between the time they sent it to the moment I receive it?
