Application placed on hold after test completed

Hi Guys,
I see notes in my application says that my application is placed on hold on 15 July after I passed knowledge test on May 4 and background verification is completed. Prohibitions, physical presence and language assessment has not started yet. In notes, my application says it is a non-routine application. My application is in calgary office and location says, "Louise Truck - remote". Any other people in the same situation as its been a long time my application is in progress since Jan 2020.

My application is non-routine .
Knowledge,Language and background completed.
Prohibition and physical presence in progress.

So maybe they are working on your prohibitions, physical presence.
And yes in my notes they mention that my application is non-routine.

I received the notes for Jun11 on Jul12th itself. Are you sure if your email not going to junk folder. Check the junk folder (and configure your email to receive all cic.gc.ca emails to your inbox folder).
hmmm i wonder even these notes are assigned to some people who also work like cic officers working on citizenship.

section notes, they received a request from the MP office and the answer was non-routine file. Page 43.

How long it has been since you passed your knowledge test

It takes about 1 month. May take a little longer due to COVID

I am aware about 30 days, that's why I asked WHEN you submitted a request and WHEN you got the notes.

I kinda have a feeling that all your answers are very confusing

I passed the test in November 2019
Almost 2 years of waiting.
