Hello there! Could somebody help me how to pay and send my application to CIC? What cheque is required for the application and how to avail one. All answers are highly appreciated!

Fees must be paid by bank draft, certified cheque, or manager’s cheque payable to the “Canadian Embassy, Manila”. Cheques can be issued by any local or international banks and post offices and should be valid for at least 6 months upon submission of your application. If bank drafts are issued from a bank in Canada in Canadian dollars, the "drawee" must be left blank. Fees can only be paid in Canadian Dollar and Philippine Peso currencies although it is advisable to pay in Canadian Dollars to avoid currency fluctuation. Cash payment is not accepted.
