Application passed normal processing time. No Decision

Hi,

I have applied for TRV from Kuwait on 28 Feb & processing time here is 9 days. It's been more than a month & my decision has not been made yet.

Any idea ?

I did received couple of emails that my application status has been updated but when I log in & check nothing has been updated. Status is still OPEN. ???

I even submitted Case Specific Enquiry. But no update until now, any advise ? :-\

There's nothing you can do but wait. The posted processing times are just estimates for very straight forward cases. It's not unusual for processing to take as long as a few months.

If CIC requested to submit my passport to visa office, does it means a CIC decision is still under consideration or application is approved ?
