Application Package - Citizenship Canada

Hi,

What Citizenship Application Package should I use as my 5 year eligibility period is from Feb 5 2016 to Feb 04, 2021 while I am going to apply on Feb 05, 2021..
Should I use CIT 0002 (12-2019) E or CIT 0002 (10-2020) E in view of the following message declared by the Government of Canada on IRCC web?

"Applications received at our Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Sydney, NS March 1, 2021 or later must use forms from October 2020 or later (indicated on the lower left corner of the form). which is CIT 0002 (10-2020) E. Application forms that are not up-to-date will be returned as incomplete. IRCC does not consider the date of signatures or mailing to be deciding factors."

Please guide.

I would recommend using CIT 0002 (10-2020) E as it allows you to validate the form and it looks for missing boxes. It will then generate barcodes that you will print (along with the whole application) and place the barcodes on the first page of the application.
