Application of FSW was rejected now planning to apply for study permit

Dear Seniors,

1. I applied as a college teacher for FSW program in 2009. My application was rejected due to the exact copy of JOB DUTIES from CIC website to my work reference letter.

2. Will this rejection case affect to get my study permit visa?

3. Do I need to mention about the previous rejection case for FSW in my study permit application?
