hi everyone , I have a question about the application number in Spouse Sponsorship forms
im wondering where I can get that number?
If I get it after send the application, how do I fill it in my application ?

You get the application number AFTER you send in your application. When your application gets approved and they start processing it, they'll email you your application number. When filling out the forms, you leave it blank since you don't know it yet.
