I sent off my application in August (beginning), and I understand with COVID it can be delayed... a lot. I did send them an email just to confirm if the application was received or not. They did respond with this.

"We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet."

Does this mean it was not received or?

It is probably sitting in a box full of other applications waiting to be processed. Don’t worry.

Not sure if you are an inland or outland applicant. For inland, they are now sending AORs to March and some early April applicants. With outland, some August applicants have received AORs, biometrics requests and sponsor approvals. You might want to join the thread for your specific month. You can also check the spreadsheet.
