Application need to be resent

Hi all,

Can someone help pls? I just received a letter from Sydney today saying i did not complete essential fields in the IMM0008 form (ie the 'Other countries with resident status' field.... :'().

When i went through the returned documents, there were some red ticks on my original forms (maybe the officer was going through my documents and check things out).

I would like to resubmit my application but i don't know whether i should print a new copy of the application forms and refill all the documents again or i can use the original forms (which just returned to me) and fill in the fields that i missed out last time.

Print new forms and fill all the fields and sent them again.

What I did in my case was to send the old form with attachment after the correction.
However if the change is fundamental,you will need to fill a new form and resend.

Thanks for the reply. I only missed out one field in IMM0008 generic form, the 'Other countries with resident status' field.

I am wondering whether i can just hand in the original with this field filled in rather than print new forms and refill everything again.

My application was received by CIO on 29/10/2009 and only just received their reply on 11/01/2010 :'(

Hi dayouxia just fill what you missed, remember not leaving any blanks and writing your visa office well and submit it again. I know how you feel as I got my package back too a couple of months ago. Don't worry just submit it again. CIO Sidney does not keep any records.

Can i please ask what do you mean my visa office in your previous reply? Do you mean the visa office address where I am sending the applicaiton to? This is my initial assessment.
