Application life cycle

I have dispatched my initial application to NOVA SCOTIA on 1st March 2010.
now i want to know the complete lifecycle of my application and if possible kindly also tell me the approximate time at each stage.

First of all, if you application is considered, you will get file number in one month.
2. Then you have to send all the documents with in 120 days
3. After sending your documents, you will get AOR with in 15 days
4. If all is in order, you will get letter for sending Medical, PPR and RPRF with in 2-3 months
5. Once you send all these documents at no. 4, you will have to wait for 1-2 months for getting your PPR with Visa.

you have to submit fee twice. Once at the time of submitting your application at initial stage and then RPRF with Medical

1.) Send App to Nove scotia, CC or drafts get debited in around 60 to 75 days you get the AOR
2.) You need to submite detailed docs as per visa office requirement form along with Permanent resident fee with in 120 days of AOR
3.) As soon as visa office gets the doc the processing starts. Eligibility review, background check, security check and verifications are done
4.) If everything goes fine You get a Medical reques and ppt request
5.) You get medicals and ppt, your interview is scheduled or waived off
6.) You get the shining visa

Step 3 to 6 takes about 6 - 12 months. Te depends on case to though, Average time for India Visa office is 10 months but I see people on forum getting it in 2-3 months also
