application is in queue for final review

I have GSS ICT visa filed in July 2020.
My employer dropped an expedited request email to IRCC and they replied back that your application is in queue for final review and no further action is required by me.

Does anyone has received any such response?
And after how many days we get approval after getting such email?

Can you please share your status? and What type of letter sent by your employer?
