Hi everybody,
i am so frustrated for more than a year of waiting I received from Embassy of Canada Manila visa section that my application is closed due to not taking up the SPEAK test wherein I never receive emails or mails confirming of the schedule. anyway body in this column experience the same situation or anybody here could help me? More power and God bless. I am applying for live-in caregiver direct hire.

They have so many ways of notifying you. Either by email, thru your agent, or thru your MyCIC account.

Have you always kept an eye on your emails? Inbox as well as spams?

I have read the same situation you had, what they have done is that they write a letter to Embassy to re-open the case and eventually they were granted the visa.

If it happens that they have really sent you a request (maybe it has gone thru your spam mails) then i dont see any hopes for reconsideration.

Just try all the possible means. I think its a way too unfair for u to have been given such verdict with no solid proof.

it's not the embassy who confirms theschedule...they just send you an instruction to take a speak test...it is you who will contact the testing center...c",)
