Hi All,

I received an update on my profile a couple of days back. When I logged in to check my application status, it showed that my application has been cancelled. There is no update or any mail from CIC stating why they have cancelled the application. I had received an AOR back in the month on April via Express Entry

Previously I had received an update about 10 days ago stating that my application is in order.

Can this be a technical glitch. How do I find out why they have put the application in cancelled Status
 
Call CIC as the person above suggested. Also, immediately raise a CSE asking for an explanation.

I am outside of canada..is there a way I can call CIC outside of Canada..I have raised a query with them

You can dial 1613-944-4000 and then listen to the instructions and dial the extension 11170... This will skip all the unnecessary jibber-jabber will directly connect you to an agent....

Be ready with your profile details and ask them...............
