If somebody would be so kind... I need some clarification.

I am Canadian and my husband is American. We have our package together including medical copy2, FBI fingerprints, marriage certificate etc for our outbound application.

Do we send the entire package to Mississauga? Once the sponsorship application is complete will they forward it to the visa office of our choice? We specified Buffalo on the medical, but am now confused to how everything gets there!!

Also, do you have any tips for when submitting? Are some processing offices better than others?

The total package is sent to Mississauga, and if the sponsorship is approved then the application is sent to Buffalo.
