Application from Saudi Arabia, Dual citizenship.

Hello guys,

I live in Saudi Arabia and wish to apply for the study permit.

I have two citizenships and wish to apply with the one not stated on my Iqama (resident identity) as my nationality.

Can I do that? Or, do I have to apply with the passport that's registered with the Iqama?

Both passports are valid.
