Application forms question

Hi everyone i have highly silly question but these qusetions are very important for me regarding MY application forms
1)In application foir permanent residence in canada they asked my family member information and i read the whole in a broucher they mention only spouse or children but also mention etc ,what is this extra it means brother and sister i m not married so what can i write here plz mention, i will write what u mention ?
2)In schedule 3 economic class they asked about job experience I m currently working so what can i write my this job AS my occupation is in ministerial instruction list because here it mentions months and year and i m still working ,so what can i write here
3)Schedule 1 back ground declaration form question no 12 )they mention ,dont use abbreviation so what can i write here ,may i write here ,I HAVE NEVER BEEN A MEMBER ,AS they mention in their broucher ,SO what can i write here ?

In question 2 i have marked for 4 years or more but in the beginning of this question ,they asked my months and years so what can i write here ?
Also ,i want to explain my duties which there is no need as i m medical officer doctor ,but i want explain .so by whom i write ,thanks once again takecare

THANKS alot so in description i mention ,i still working rather than write it down as there is no space but i can explan in responsibility ,i think it is fine ,what do u think ,and yes it is present also in application for permanaent residence in canada question no 11 also ,thanks and takecare
