Application form

Hello everyone,

Hope you can help me with this, Im a Filipino citizen,

1. do we have National Identity Documents? Because passport is not recognize as National Identity passport.

2. I just renew my passport here in Philippine Consulate in Toronto and im filling up my application for PR. What should I put in my application about passport information, Country of issue? In my passport issued is PCG TORONTO, since the form is electronic, there is no choice of PCG its either Philippines or Canada? which should i choice? I assume its Philippines, but in the passport says PCG TORONTO.

if you renew your passport in toronto, the country of issue is Canada.

i don't think philippines issues national identity card/document for citizens or anyone.
