what should I fill here ?

I am going for seneca college for one year two semester course whose one semester fee is $6700 which I have already paid and I have also done GIC of $10,100 , now I have funds in my account of $10,000 and in my mother's account $10,000.

This is the analysis:
Tuition>13,400: room & boarding>10,100: others>5000: fund available in canada 28,500. Sponsorship can be joint & pick 'others' or ask ur mum to transfer the money in her account to u so that u pick 'self' or u transfer urs to ur mum & pick 'parent' as sponsor.

In the form, you need to write the following values:

Tuition: <1-year tuition amount in C$>
Living: <1-year living cost in C$> (usually $10,000 are enough)
Others: <other 1-year expenses including travel, etc.. in C$> (usually $5000 are enough)
