Hi,
Application form and supporting documents have been uploaded for visitors visa. It says uploaded-not submitted to IRCC. But there is no button to click on continue or submit to proceed with payment. Can someone help?

Are all required upload slots filled?

Is the application form validated with barcode?

Hi, it has been validated and with barcodes.

There are some questions which were left blank because they are not applicable. do we leave them blank or can we put n/a?

If it was validated with barcodes then it is not the issue.

all the slots were filled. except for the application form. some of the questions were left blank.

The application form wouldn’t have validated if blank answers weren’t allowed. I put N/A where relevant.

The button to submit the application should be in the same page as the Document checklist if I’m not mistaken. Are you saying it’s not there?

Yes, the submit or continue button is not there. Payment cannot be processed because we cannot continue

Hi...issue is now resolved. We deleted the application and created a new one. Uploaded the application and supporting documents all at the same time. We've been able to complete the process. Thank you so much.
