Application for Working Holiday From Within Canada

I am from Croatia and i am in Canada as visitor. My visitor visa expire for 4 months.

I appreciate if someone respond my questions below:

1. Can i apply for working holiday from within Canada ?

2. If i can is it possible to change visitor visa to working visa ?

1. I think you have "missed the boat" for 2014. The IEC for Croatia opened November 20th, with 275 places. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/croatia-croatie/experience_canada_experience/international_experience_canada-experience_internationale_canada.aspx?lang=eng Shows that all places have been taken and there is a waiting list.
2. The waiting list may refer to 2013.
3. As to your question, you can apply from Canada (if any spaces are left) make sure you show your residence as Croatia, not Canada. You also need a Police report.
4. If you are issued an IEC, you have to go to the border, and flagpole. You need the proof of insurance with reparation and evidence of funds about $2500
