Hi I am an international student who has completed his studies in Marine Navigation, and wish to apply for my PR. Will my coop time count as work experience to apply? Is there any other ways that I can apply without waiting a year.

Co-op doesn’t count. Unless you have a year of foreign experience, you are not eligible for Express Entry. Research PNPs. People who have Masters and three years of Canadian experience aren’t getting PR. Are you fluent in French…if not, learn it.
