Application for PR in Canada

I am living in Canada as graduate student ( PhD) for a month only. I am planning to apply for PR. Noted, I have around 3.5 years of professional (Civil Engineer) work experience in UK and Thailand.

Can anybody suggest me best way for getting PR in Canada?
