Application for Open Work Permit?

Hello, I am ready and able to apply for an Open Work Permit now, but am having some trouble finding the actual application on the website. There are quite a few different options, and I am not sure which one is best suited for me. I am currently on stage 2. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, I am not sure if this matters or not, but I am currently living in Canada as a visitor with my wife. Would I need an application specifically for this situation?

Sorry. Stage 2 of my Permanent Residence Application. My wife was recently approved of being my sponser, and they stated that as they began looking into the portion of the application that is in regards to me, that I can apply for an Open Work Permit if I haven't done so already.

I have been wanting too, just can't seem to find it on the website.
