Application for Express Entry- what to do if spouse did not accompany to Canada?

Hello. I just starting creating my express entry profile. I got married December 2020, and my husband is currently in Philippines, working at PNP. I don’t know what to do regarding the applicatio. should I include him as coPR in the application? or should I wait until I get my PR to sponsor him? his planning to come here maybe at the end of 2021 but my work permit will expire May 2022. Can I sponsor him with my work permit while waiting for PR result? Thank you in advance
