I just need some advice and I hope you guys could help me. I am a Filipino citizen who migrated to Canada last Nov 2014. I have a long time girlfriend who I want to sponsor under the conjugal partner category. She was previously married but alreadu separated from her husband but not legally, they have kids. In the Philippines there is no divorce and yo live with someone while still married is considered a crime. Do you think there's a chance for us to be approved? What are the legal documents we need to prove our relationship? Thank you so much in advance.
