Is that even a passing grade? If not, you will have a difficult time as that is below 50%. Even getting a study permit will be difficult because IRCC will wonder if you will come to Canada and then fail courses, get kicked out of your program and not leave. Research some schools and see what requirements are. And try and improve your grades by retaking courses.
