Am George from Ghana and I kindly want to find out if I can just apply for permanent residency into Canada without growing through their express entry programs??

No. If you want to apply as a skilled worker, you cannot bypass Express Entry.

That's not strictly true. There are provincial nominee and other programs such as self employed that aren't connected to Express Entry. Do some research first.
