I am trying to submit IMM 5444 online, but I am stuck on this page "6. Details Concerning a Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Never Received PR Card" and cannot move forward. In the paper form I can simply leave it blank, but in the online form, I must fill it out, cannot skip it and move forward.
