Application fo PR

Hi,
need little help here,
do my husband need to provide detail of his FAther / mother / brothers in IMM 0008 E (Application for PR) under "detail of family members" as they are not going to accompany us in Canada ?? and those are already included in "Additional family".

I belive this form is for his family as in 'any children of his' , not his mother and father, as this is covered in another form.

IMM 0008 - You are referring to page 2 Application for perminant residence.

Details of Family Members.

Put on this page, names and details of any children you or your husband have and only if they are not already perminant residents.
(If there are no children....Put N/A at the top of each space where a name would go)

His parents information is required on IMM 5406
