Just to let you all know.. if you need to pay the fees in Canadian Dollars for the application... you may use wellsfargo and wachovia international/foreign draftsi got mine made today... got it in 5 minutes from the bank branch..
just wanted to put this out on the forum as i have seen a lot of people having their credit cards declined and stuff...
so better opt for this .. safe bet
