Application Fees? And Medical exam?

For family class: spouse with no children (inside Canada), We have to pay -
Sponsorship application (per application) $75.00
Principal applicant $475.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00


Is this correct? And what has to be paid when?

Also, If the applicant is in Canada where do they get the medical exam?

Yes, that's correct. The $75 sponsorship fee and the $475 applicant fee have to be paid before the application is submitted, and proof sent with the application. The $490 RPRF can be deferred until later in the process - you can pay it at any time, or wait for them to request it, but they won't issue the visa until it's been received.
