Application fee refund

Hi,

I have been given ITA in March and until 31st May to complete my application but I'm still missing medical check report and 1 police clearance cert.

Based on advise from my agent, I'm still going to complete the application, attaching medical check and police cert receipts, as well as a letter of explanation to explain why some documents are missing.

I would like to know if my application get rejected due to incomplete documentation, will I get refund for the application fee?

You'll get back the RPRF if paid upfront but not the application fees.

OP mentioned incomplete documents. So not only RPRF but processing fee will also be refunded .. CIC won't refund the application processing fee once the processing has started, and the processing starts once application completeness is done !
Applications refused as incomplete receive full refund ..
