Application Fee Refund Policy

i hope if anyone could help

My application was rejected on 1st June at initial stage due to being Incomplete and the letter I received from IRCC stated that the fee will be refund however I still haven't received the refund yet.

Is there any procedure to follow to ask for a refund or it's done automatically from their side and what's the normal processi time?

i received the full refund automatically after 4 weeks, hope it helps
