Hello everybody,
I just received the answer for my application and it was rejected because it does not meet the requirements of the IRPA and IRPR, especially the paragraph 179b.
The authority says that:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179 (b) of the IRPR,
I am from Colombia, I was planning to study English for 6 months in Canada.
1. All my family lives in Colombia, only my brother lives in France.
2. I am planning just to study English during that time. I have already the acceptance from the English institut.
3. I am a student and I am 22, I do not have any financial asset, my parents are going to pay for all my travel.
4. It is my first travel to another country, so I do not have a travel history.
I already pay all the fees for my stay and I will lose all the money if I get rejected again.
Could you please give me a tip to reapply for the visa?
