My boyfriend and I will be considered common law this coming September and are planning on applying within a couple of weeks of us declaring common law.
We have been together for almost 2 years....with 4 months living together then 5 months long distance before finally settling together for good in Sept 2012.
My questions is whether it will send red flags that we are applying soon after we become common law or if it will be okay because we have been together almost one year more on top of that?? Any ideas if it will pose a problem?
