Application Completed, Error in Fees Payment ..!!

Hello Everyone,

I have completed the application process for TRV, now paying fees from Debit-Card but it is giving error of "Transaction Declined". I have two debit cards but same issue.

What can be the reason ??

Do you have a credit card? If so use it. What type of debit and from what country/bank?

It is a VISA Debit Card

Call Visa and tell them you are putting through a payment.
