AOR received on 13 Dec 17 and My Application is cancelled on 20 Dec 17.Still we not receive any pdf file or message for the reason of cancellation. We raised an enquiry to CIC. Anyway planning to create a new profile on today. We don’t know what is the reason.

There could be plenty of reasons like not providing your original degree, not having sufficient funds or the most common one, failing to provide a police certificate that follows IRCC's guidelines.
No reason mentioned or attachment in the mail received from CIC. How we know about what is the reason.
It sometimes takes time for you to receive an update of the reason for cancellation. You can call IRCC to inquire about your application.
Check your documents to make sure everything complies with IRCC's guidelines.

Just to be clear, your application was deemed incomplete - something was missing. Usually IRCC does give you some clue about what is missing.
This is unfortunate, you will have to create another profile and try for another ITA.
