no you won't have to go back in line, when I applied the wait time for spousal approval was 99 days, mine got sent back to me and it had a sticker to put on the envelope so it went right back to the officer and he will process it right away so you don't have to wait. :)

That was encouraging. But I dont see any sticker attached to my application, am I missing anything Chickie72?

my apllication was sent back to me because the use of a represnetative form was not sign or included . it took another month even though they went through all the application before

they dont process your apllication right away its like its a whole new application again

when i applied the processing for spousal was 55 days and it went up to 99 days....mine got sent back and within a week of it going back to the officer, i had my sponsor approval so you can't say that because I didn't have to wait back in line for 3 months!

maybe because the processing time is so little now but at the time I put mine in it was at 99 days before you got approval so I think they put the sticker on mine so I didn't have to wait the 99 days again.....hopefully it is quick for you.

Coleen, did you use a representative ?
i am not using a representative , do i need to include the form in my package ?

thanks

no sing_tao . you dont have to include the form for use of representative . because i used one thats the only reason that i had to submit that form. dont worry you will get through soon .

This is the exact reason why you should hire David Cohen to represent you. He and his staff ensure nothing is missing in your application, saving you a lot of time.

How true this is it takes time to double and double check but it can takes months for them to reply which delays the process to make it longer. Go over the forms with a fine tooth comb and then you can know if you missed a spot. Slow yourself down its like the turtle and the hare with the Turtle winning every time!!

Just 'triple-check' it, one night after hours (the night before you mail it in) . . . and the representation won't have saved you any! That is ONE expensive way to find a missed signature ! ! !

Tricky part about IMM5406E form is that you have to sign in two places... down in the bottom and if you don't have any children declaration...

:D :D :D

As I said, David Cohen makes sure nothing is missing, not just signatures. His people know what needs to be included. The average person doing this on their own doesn't have that knowledge.

They are human to ,they can also screw up ...Its funny how we can't name anyone if they do something wrong , but we can praise and name when 1 person thinks they are awesome.

Don't agree with you JimE2013 we don't need David Cohen. The average person doing the application can manage just fine thank you very much .

Hi ism45,

Which section of IMM5406E did you miss? only Section D is must to sign. You have to sign in Note 1 and Note 2 in section A and B are only if you don't have any spouse and children respectively

I remember in the previous version of this form, we were required to sign in at the end of each section. But the form was updated in Sept this year, to require you to just sign at the end of section D.
