Does anyone know if i am still eligible to apply as dependent even i am diagnoses as hiv +, i am dependent as spouse of principal applicant, please answer, thank you

Yes you are eligible. You may have to show that your current healthcare costs are under the medical inadmissibility level.

You apply like anyone else and at a certain point you may be asked to prove your medical costs.

I am now on the stage where i need to do a medical process, if the immigration received the result of my medical what would be the next step?

If you get a procedural fairness letter that is when you will have to prove that your costs fall below that cap. You may not receive one.

Yes. If one family member gets denied the rest of the family does. Many HIV+ applicants get accepted.
