Application approved, but not receiving LOI for 8 days

I am attending Sheridan College for my Interior Design Degree this fall.

I applied for my study permit myself through CIC. On Aug 26th, my application status had turned to approved. But I have not yet received my LOI. And there are only two messages in my application status. Which are Submission Confirmation and Confirmation of Online application transmission.

My class will start Sept 5th, and I am still sitting there in Taiwan waiting for me LOI. I am desperate.

I kinda have a same problem But I got approved on Aug 28th and I don't even get the message for passport submitting yet. And my class start on sept 11.

send in a complaint on cic website or call them, i had the same issue and they added it to my cic account within a day

I did send them a technical issue report on Aug 30th, but no reply yet.
I will call them. hopefully, they will get it fix soon.

they are not replying their report system... and phone report seems only for Canada locally FFS
