Hi, my wife had visitors Visa to Canada. I am a student. Planning to apply SOWP for my wife from India. She need to serve the company for couple of months in India. If Visa process take more than that. I want her to be here in Canada. If work permit approved after arrivalti Canada. Can we send passport for stamping in Canada ? Or how does that work?
